With the pending holiday season coming up, we just wanted to take a moment of your time to let you know that one of the services our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) can provide for you, is to change your auto-attendant's main greeting and actual open and closed time to reflect that your facility may be closed for the holiday’s. If this is something that you would be in need of, please contact us prior to the end of business on March 1st, to let us know what verbiage you would like in your holiday greeting as well as what your business schedule will be for the rest of the 2007 holiday season. For our maintenance contract customers this service is done at N/C to you. For our non - maintenance contract customers this service is available to you on a T&M basis.
