For years TIG has assumed this responsibility through its Technical Assistance Center (TAC), whose services are offered through our maintenance plans. TAC is staffed with highly trained telecommunications specialists whose sole responsibility is to remotely administrate our customer's telecommunication system(s). Each member of the TAC is fully equipped with all the necessary computer equipment to perform customer requests immediately. Furthermore, TIG’s customer database is managed and updated with all configuration and programming changes made, so that any representative you talk has a complete history of customer's system.
With today's technology it is critical to keep all high teck systems current with the latest manufacturer software loads. All of our manufacturers offer software assurance programs that when coupled with our maintenance agreement, provide unparrallel system protection. TIG is available 24 X 7X365 to implement these upgrades for you.

Holiday Greetings
TIG’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will modify your main auto-attendant greeting to reflect scheduled holidays in which your company is closed. If you are a TIG maintenance customer, there is no charge for this service if done during normal hours. Regular T&M rates will apply to our non-maintenance customers who wish to take advantage of this service. Please contact TAC during normal business hours; Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. at least 48 hours prior to the holiday to modify your main auto-attendant greeting. Contact TIG's
