Telcom Innovations Group has a state of the art Technical Assistance Center (TAC), which is staffed with highly trained personnel. We have several years experience providing voice and data network infrastructure support. TIG has certified personnel for nearly every major manufacturer, we have a dedicated and responsive staff focused on working with you to overcome challenges and prevent service interruptions. Our team understands the complexities that IT professionals face today.  TAC is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. To 5:00p.m. and has technicians available to our customers for emergency after hours support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for an additional charge.  TIG’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will modify your main auto-attendant greeting to reflect scheduled holidays in which your company is closed. If you are a TIG maintenance customer, there is no charge for this service if done during normal hours. Regular T&M rates will apply to our non-maintenance customers who wish to take advantage of this service. Please contact TAC during normal business hours; Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. at least 48 hours prior to the holiday to modify your main auto-attendant greeting.

 Telcom Innovations Groups offers a full spectrum of professional training solutions that can be tailored to meet your requirements.

We believe the technology is only as good as the users. As part of this philosophy all new systems installs include user training so that your employees understand how to use their tools to their full potential. This training consists of classroom sessions on the phone sets and voicemail on your own live system for all your users and customized training documentation for future reference.
At a more advanced level we offer System Administration Level training so that your IT staff understands and is comfortable with performing day to day programming changes and service on your systems. 
Additionally we offer interactive online training; Multimedia training videos, instructor lead “refresher” or new hire training and manufacturer provided certification training.

  When purchasing a new system you will be assigned a project manager. This will be your single point of contact and he/she is here to ensure that implementation is completed in a timely and professional manner. Your PC will work with you to establish a plan of action and timeline to ensure that your desired installation date is achieved. He/she will work with you to coordinate carrier and cabling services, if purchased.  Your assigned project manager will be here to assist you from beginning to end.  Telcom Innovations Group (TIG) believes that the systems provided are only as good as their implementation and our job is not complete until our customers are a 100% satisfied.

Like all of our technical personnel our project managers bring years of experience and have up-to-date factory certifications on the systems they are installing.

TIG has a full fleet of highly trained Field Support Engineers and Technicians available to support your company. All of TIG’s field technicians are factory authorized and certified; they attend continuing education classes regularly to keep up with today’s changing technology. TIG’s technicians are equipped with all the necessary maintenance tools, parts and support mechanisms required to service the products we sell.  Field Service Technicians are available to serve you 24x7x365. All of our manufacturers offer software assurance programs that when coupled with our TIG Maintenance Agreements, provide unparallel system protection. TIG is available 24 X 7 X 365 to implement these upgrades for you.

Upgrades consist of manufacturer provided hardware and software migrations as well as complete system replacements.
