Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) Portfolio is Formally Replacing Mitel SX-2000
The Mitel 3300 ICP Controller offers Mitel customers a more cost-effective solution with more applications and features than the SX-2000. Please read on for details of the planned retirement timeline of the Mitel SX-2000 LIGHT portfolio. SX-2000 customers need not worry! SX-2000 customers can migrate to the 3300 IVP – many options exist!
Mitel will continue to support the SX-2000 for 7 years. TIG will maintain adequate spare parts to continue servicing our SX-2000 customers for an equal period of time.
