Mitel 5304 IP Phone Overview
Mitel®’s newest addition to the IP desktop portfolio is Mitel 5304 IP Phone, an entry-level display phone. The 5304 IP Phone addresses that segment of the market that requires an economical IP desktop device that has a small footprint coupled with a 2-line display, while taking advantage of the cost savings of a converged network infrastructure. The 5304 IP Phone features a 2-line backlit display, 2 line keys with LED indication and 7 programmable multi-function keys, and supports both MiNet and SIP. It is a dual port IP phone that supports compression, and is designed for users requiring access to basic telephony and messaging services. The small footprint of the 5304 IP Phone coupled with the extensive feature set from both the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) and Mitel SX-200 ICP provides increased choice and flexibility for enterprise or small business users. The 5304 IP Phone can also work behind industry standard SIP servers when used in SIP mode.
Key features of the 5304 IP Phone include:

5304 IP Phone is supported on the 3300 ICP, release 9.0 (UR1) or greater, SX-200 ICP, release 4.0 (UR5) or greater, and the SIP Phone release 7.2.
PLEASE NOTE: The 5304 IP Phone is "Ready to Order" (RTO) as of November 15, 2008 with limited quantities available for sale in December.
